The Experimental Aircraft Association brings together people who are passionate about flight. Formed in 2024 and led by chapter president Larry Elliott, Chapter 1698 is the Cleveland, Texas home of that spirit — a friendly group that gathers to share knowledge, build and maintain aircraft, mentor new aviators, and simply enjoy time around airplanes.

We meet on the third Saturday of every month at 10:30 AM. Meetings are casual and open to everyone — drop in, say hello, and see what the chapter is up to. No membership required to visit.
